Delivery FAQs

We ship our items to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland.

When will my order be shipped?

Items will ship out from our warehouse after 1-2 business days of processing time.

Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays won’t be processed until the next business day.

How long does it take for delivery once my order ships?

The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. However, some products may take 7-10 working days for delivery. We have stated the estimated delivery time on each product page.

What are your hours of operations?

Shipping hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time. Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Multiple Packages

Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity or size of the items.

Carriers Used

We deliver items via Yodel, Parcelforce, XDP, and Tuffnells. You will have the option to choose the shipping method of your choice as well as the shipping carrier that is available for that item.

Where can I check the shipment status of my order?

You can visit your account page: click here Account/ Login.

And you'll receive an email shortly after your order ships, providing your tracking information for safety purposes. However, some shipping carriers need roughly 48 hours to update tracking once the carrier picks up the package.

How to change shipping information?

Please contact us at support@rattantree.com within 48 hours if you’d like to change your shipping information.

What should I do if I still haven't received the items after the estimated time?

  1. Check whether your shipping information is correct.
  2. Please note that the Delivery Date on the website is estimated in business days (not to include weekends or holidays). Some items may need additional processing time (+2-3 more days) before shipping it out.
  3. If you still have not received your order, please feel free to email us at support@rattantree.com quoting your sales order number.
