Ordering really easy and the delivery was great came when said it would 2 separate delivery's day apart which was fine. I noticed the zip was broke and also a tiny scuff emailed them and a partial refund was done straight away good customer service. Apart from a minor problem the chair is excellent looks and feels great the recliner is so hood really happy with it looks more expensive that it costs.

I would give 4 star for this moment as I hardly used this chair for a week. It will be too early for 5/5. So far it's good. Time will tell its performance.

Missing zipper from left arm cushion and a screw fell from the chair no clue where is has come from told to possibly just ignore it... I said that was a bit worrying..
