The chair was delivered quickly and I like it, it's comfortable and well padded. However, mine had two right arms included, with no left. I had to open a customer service request and then was told to wait for a left arm to be delivered. During this time there was no communication at all, I had no idea if the arm had even been sent and had no way to track its delivery. Fortunately it arrived after about 2 weeks. Considering this is my first purchase ever from RattenTree I was dissatisfied and it's likely to be my only purchase ever from them.
